Overview
Topic 7 explains the connection between human capital management and strategic human resources management. It also explains the connection with talent management and how it correlates to performance management. Students at the end of the topic would be able to measure the impact and effectiveness of training and how it impacts human capital management. Students would also be exposed to the knowledge of reward management and its impact on human capital management.
