    The reason why companies take time to determine the effectiveness of HRM practices is that there may be poor coordination between employees and hr personnel. Both sets of employees are not communicating with each other and thus it would be difficult to determine the effectiveness of any hrm practice. In addition, the poor HR management policies which are in place such as biased or one-sided policies may also be a cause for the company to take time to determine the HRM practices

    Yes, a company should be concerned about evaluating HRM practices, this is because without analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of the practices, the company would not have an idea of which practice should be retained and which one should be removed. Poor HRM would lead to employee dissatisfaction and low motivation which could result in high turnover. In evaluating the HRM practices, HR people would be able to gauge how effective the existing policies are and whether t would be beneficial for the employees and company to revamp the policies to ensure employees are motivated to work more efficiently and productively as their welfare is well taken care of.
