When making decisions in the organization, the first activity would be asking the goals to be improved and beginning with the most significant in the decision making. The second step involves identifying the availing of relevant data. Finding the relevant data saves time and can be found in website analytics and client feedback applied by most companies and business intelligence sites. The third step involves making conclusions from the data collected, which consists of finding the trends based on the data collected, including rewriting for better performance. The fourth step includes planning the strategies. After identifying the goals to be improved and analyzing the data, the next step is to make clear and correct goals. The fifth statement involves measuring success and conducting the repeat of the process

    The information collected for the sound data-driven decision includes the view of the employees based on the conducted surveys. However, the external organizational community’s feedback includes clients, partners, and commodity supplies. Data about the comparison done of current teams’ organization and proposed team organization is conducted. The evaluation of the risks is also undertaken and the effects on the business. The technological specialists are engaged in the proposed changes and technical factors.

    Implementation of finance and HR :

    The principal objective of the implementation involves normalization, mechanization and consolidation. The employees are educated about the significance of centralization. Centralization helps minimize the aiding functions such as finance and human resources , specialization and expansion of the responsibilities. The leaders should reduce the duplication of roles in the departments. Improved teams work activities should also be encouraged by the leader in the organization to achieve the organizational goals and enhance cooperation. Besides, the stakeholders in the organization are involved in the implementation of the activities. Training and development activities are conducted to improve their skills and knowledge. Also, proper communication is shown in the organization for the efficient coordination of the organizational changes. Employees are also be informed of standard systems adopted in the organization due to the use of common platforms.
