Using the Myers-Briggs Indicator methodology, what four letter code would best represent a personality best suited for this remote location/virtual team workplace situation? Why?
– For this kind of situation, I choose ENTJ. This type of personality able to work independently, can create effective organizer and good planner for long term goals. these are necessary because, with the proper plan task can be completed without delay even at the remote environment.
Thus, the employees will be able to complete the task at specific schedule.How does the balance between individuality and conformity affect individuals in a team environment? How much structure do you feel is appropriate for a successful team?
– In my opinion, the balance between individuality and conformity is important to help the managing the team. If every member get a chance speak , this will provide some ideas and better solution.

People with low conscientiousness, low openness, and high extraversion will be impact the most. These type of people enjoy being socialize with people but they tend to dislike too much structure. They also dislike changes and prefer the old routine.
