    I totally agree that Mass marketing is dead, by giving few points as below. 😇

    Firstly, divide our market into different segment (by age, geographic, income level) improve cost saving and better targeting to our customer base, hence Business will grow. In my opinion, we should use our Limited Bullet to Shoot our target, if we point our gun to wide range of target, we’ll always insufficient of bullet, thus, for MOST of the companies, should use refined marketing segmentation as their main marketing strategy. Although I’m disagree with Mass Marketing, but I believe IF the company growing larger, they should slowly increase their segment of market to reduce Dependency on only ONE segment, hence reduce risk. As in business competitive environment, keeping flexible in marketing is Ultimate. 😇
