    Yes agree micromanaging not suitable for most employees. If leaders does it excessively, it might annoys the employees, damages employees’ trust and eventually leads to high employees turnover rate. However, sometimes micromanagement needed in case if there is complex operations in which instructions must be properly presented and a steep learning curve is expected.
