    The goal of mass marketing is to produce products and services that will suit sales of goods to a retailer. Mass marketing is most effective with larger organization, but also can be an ideal option for smaller organization. Mass marketing is still in use. However, it can be classified as neither here nor there for prospective customers of a brand currently. Previously most of the Malaysians are newspaper readers, television viewers and radio listeners (early 2000). As time goes by mass marketing changed drastically due to the nature of technology advancement. Organizations change to current advertising tendency and blend former style of mass marketing approach. Effective ad platforms are those that can push and advertise through a complete mass marketing ecosystem. Even political campaigns and law services are subjected to mass market. With the reach of internet and social media, advertising is effective. An organization must evaluate the various segments and decide how many and which ones to target, a single segment, several segments, a specific product, a specific market, or the full market. The emphasis should be on quality reach and engagement and this is really the way forward, especially in the current oversaturated world of consumerism. Hence, the ideal platform is not out there so it is a consideration of all the different market segmentation and how campaigns/advertising are crafted to utilise them.
