    Mass marketing is not dead and it it still applicable although many approaching refined segmentation schemes. It is because mass marketing attract many customers and not specific customers only and their needs are more general. The prices of mass products are always same or slightly high. They are affordable and something that customers use on daily basis. For an example ,soap brands like lux and detergent brands such as Kuat Harimau and Fab. Customers go for the economical and affordable soaps and detergents which they use on daily basis. However in future, mass marketing may slowly disappear as the competition is high among other companies in the market and due to low profit as well.
