    I agreed on the points that you have made about data privacy protection in the early 2000s. But I do not think you have to worry about it now. In order for things to change in an organizations, anonymous survey is one of way to achieve it. I encourage you to always give your honest feedback in company’s satisfaction survey. But I believe the trick is not to make your feedback sounded too personal. Eg “My manager have scolded me in front of our colleagues regarding my lateness to work”. Then of course lah your manager knows that anonymous feedback is from you. Rather, try this instead “I would appreciate if my manager can host a one to one session with me regularly so that he can provide me with his constructive criticism”. Something like that 😅
