In research, the problem statement justifies the current situation and issue, the key area involved, and the gap in the current technology. Normally, to identify the problem, we could use the basic “W”; Who? What? When? Where? Why?
The problem statement helps the researcher to focus on the issue, define the research scope, understand the problem, collect only related data, and develop a possible solution.
