    I have not participated in an extensive product survey for quite a while, years to be exact. However, I do spend some time answering the simple surveys from food panda after purchases that I made. The information that I provided, to be honest, might not be so helpful, as the questions themselves were general, and not specific. It did ask about the services rendered, food quality, riders, etc, but they were all at an overall level. I do think that the only part where I can be specific is on the food – taste, packaging, and presentation. For riders, it was just a short encounter, and sometimes I will just ask them to leave the packages at the gate (contactless delivery) hence nothing much I can say about them but to give them 5 stars.
