    It was few years back when I last participated in “physical” survey. There were some pre-fixed questions for me to input my comment. And I felt like the information I’ve given can help them slightly understand the consumer’s interest on the market.
    However, nowadays most of the survey are done on the internet. By using “Big data”, researchers can be more efficient on targeting the preferred market pool.
    For example, a “young” targeted product can only push they survey form to the “young” audiences and avoided the “elderly” audiences. It can significantly improve the research outcome accuracy and get more effective results.
