The last time I had participated in the survey was last month after attending our company’s training.
Our company always takes immediate action on the comments provided by participants because our activities are heavily into sales thus presenters must have wide experience in the products, handling objections, closing deal etc. Based on this, we normally provide comments about the training/sharing whether it helps to improve our knowledge, skill and sales activities. All the comments normally based on the ranking system where 1 is the worst and 10 is the best.
To be more effective, I would say the survey should also have at least one section for us to provide written comments instead of giving us selection of answers. This will enable us to provide constructive comments or suggest on the subject for the next sharing session (which may not involve sales subject)
