This subject seeks to enhance students’ understanding of the concept, roles, functions, and the practice of human resources management in an organization. This course focuses on innovative human resources management, leadership, and learning that can support companies operating within a challenging new dynamic environment. This course also provides comprehensive knowledge in the fields of Human Resources Management in the context of Industrie 4.0.
