This course informs and educates concepts of human capital management and demonstrates the practical angles that any organization can do to understand just what their people contribute. Human capital is often represented as both a challenge and an opportunity. A challenge to identify relevant measures and provide meaningful information that can be acted on and a chance to evaluate and maximize people’s value. Students will also understand people-centric management decision-making and help them develop strategic measures to help identify the drivers of success in their business.
